Rising Washington-born and Tennessee-based, Dreamer Boy (AKA Zachary Taylor) is an artist to look out for in 2021.
Taylor's debut album, Love, Nostalgia, features several collaborations with friends in Nashville, and is the product of his work and vision with producer Bobby Knepper. His team also includes creative director Adam Alonzo and manager Cody Clark.
Following the release of Love, Nostalgia in 2018, opened for well established artists such as Still Woozy, Omar Apollo, and Clairo, as well as performing his own sold out headline show.
On February 3, Taylor released new single "Easier Said Than Done" and announced his upcoming album All The Ways We Are Together, which is set to be released on April 22 (Earth Day).
A funky guitar part and hummable vocal melodies make "Easier Said Than Done" the perfect anthem for a late-night drive. The song is complimented by a lively and original music video.
Taylor revealed the inspiration behind the catchy new tune: "I wrote it when I was at a low point and the song represents the voice of a friend who is helping you through a hard time. We have to lean on one another in this life and remind each other who we are and what matters. I needed to be reminded I couldn't hold the weight on my own shoulders, and that having friends to help bear our burdens is a beautiful part of life."
