Genre-bending artist LAKE! has released his new single and music video, "Better Off Alone."
Hailing from Los Angeles, California, the 18-year-old showcases his talent with a new melodic driven trap sound. The single was created by expressing his feelings as he freestyles all of his music. "Better Off Alone" is the second single released by the new artist, following his previous release “Dead Roses” which gained support from Travis Mills on Apple Music Radio, Lyrical Lemonade, Major Stage, and many more.
The music video, directed by Aser Santos Jr. and produced by Max Mcguire, shows LAKE! inside the mind of his acquaintance. “It expresses what it’s like to be in a one sided relationship. The girl tells me she thinks that I'm better off alone because she has seen me being unfaithful with other girls. Me staying focused on myself and my career more than our relationship,” said the artist.
