Tricot Releases New Single "WARP" Ahead of Upcoming Album '10'

Japanese indie/prog rock band Tricot released single "WARP" on September 30th in anticipation of their upcoming album 10. The album is scheduled to drop October 21, 2020 in celebration of the band's tenth anniversary. Though the release of the full album is still a few days away, Tricot has given fans a teaser of what's to come with "WARP."


True to its name, "WARP" features frequent changes in rhythm, effects on guitar elements, and flowing melodies to take listeners on a journey, making them feel as if they're being warped.



Unreleased album 10 features ten songs, including "WARP," "Mischief," "Omae," and "Summer Night Town."


The DVD and Blu-ray editions of the album will include the music video for their song Itazura as well as special footage from their livestream performance held at Zepp DiverCity in Tokyo on March 14. The Blu-ray disc will also feature the exclusive music video for Unou Sanou.
