Rapper 6ix9ine was just released from jail in the last couple of months and have been receiving a lot of hate and backlash from the internet due to him allegedly snitching on people in his gang. This hate and backlash has even come from multiple rappers and big names in the industry.
Amid all of the hate, 6ix9ine has been repeatedly claiming his number one spot and letting the internet know that he deserves it, even if he has to degrade other musicians' music to get his point across.
Yesterday, when Billboard released their weekly Hot 100 list, 6ix9ine posted a video on his Instagram showing pure excitement and happiness due to this accomplishment, especially after all of the hate and adversity. He claims that even Apple Music, Spotify's playlists, and the radio tried to hold him back.
