Our favorite new moments in fashion, hand-picked by our editors.
With Jéan “LouLoudi" Collection
The epitome of your favorite Valentine's Day fashion, With Jean’s new collection drop features reds and pinks in lacey corset tops and matching mini skirts. Contrasting against the Lover Girl energy, a black leather lace-up with long sleeves and washed-out black zip-up vests are perfect for a summer full of nights out at the club. Not to mention the internet-famous Rose Top worn by EmRata that dropped along with these pieces.
Chimi's First RTW Collection
Another collection emphasizing wearability, Chimi drops a collection full of luxury athletic wear made for any gender. Monochromatic looks are consistent throughout the collection, matching dark zip-up jackets with low-rise maxi skirts. Textiles range from jersey material in the form of long formal dresses to light windbreaker material in hooded jackets and matching skirts. The Creative Director, Charlie Lindström, added that he wants the collection to be worn in everyday routines and rituals.
Lacoste "Impossible Encounters" Campaign
Inspired by the subcultures that built Lacoste's popularity over the last 90 years, Impossible Encounters reflects how the brand has evolved over time and the groups it has adopted. Originally founded in 1993, the first collection was intended as a spin-off of tennis attire. Now, it has been adopted across the globe in a way that far surpasses athletes. With the new intent to travel the world and pull inspiration from the communities Lacoste is adopted in, the campaign includes four main subcultures: São Paulo, Tokyo, Malreese Golf Club in Miami, and Seoul, Korea. Meant to be an all-encompassing moment, inclusive of every age and background, the collection will show in pop-ups in each of the four locations throughout the next few months and in the online store.
