On October 24, Ariana Grande released the track list for her upcoming album Positions. The American singer said in her tweet, "this project is my favorite for many reasons and i really can’t wait for it to be yours. thank u for your love and excitement, it means the world to me."
On October 23, Grande released her new song "positions," the title track of the artist's sixth studio album. The song explains her commitment and new-found love with boyfriend Dalton Gomez. The two started dating in January and kept their relationship out of the public eye until they both starred in the music video of Grande's song "Stuck with U." The music video, released in May, showed the two quarantining together, essentially being stuck with each other.
Positions, as fans saw through Grande's tweet, will feature 14 songs with appearances from artists Doja Cat, The Weeknd, and Ty Dolla $ign. The album is scheduled to be released on Friday, October 30. Some question how influential Dalton Gomez has been towards Grande's upcoming album, but fans will just have to wait and see.
