Lil Nas X is back after a brief hiatus from music. This Friday, November 13, the artist dropped single "Holiday," showcasing a mix of his singing and rapping skills.
The singer teased the single, alongside its music video, the weekend prior to release. In the clip, Lil Nas X's "Old Town Road" leads him on a new adventure, as he's given the role of Santa Claus after a day of drinking prevents the beloved holiday figure from completing his duties. "Aye, it's a holiday / I got ho's on ho's and they out of control," he sings in the hook.
Like Lil Nas X's past work, this music video does not disappoint. Bright visuals grab the viewer's attention while futuristic ideas play out on the screen. Robotic elves serve as background dancers to Lil Nas X's modern Santa character. Watch below and let us know what you think.
