Press Play: Alessi Rose Releases Confessional EP "Voyeur"

Alessi Rose bares it all on her new EP Voyeur, out now via Capitol Records.

The 8-track release showcases the 22-year-old rising star at her most confessional and cinematic, pairing sugary melodies with sharp, stream-of-consciousness storytelling. From heartbreak anthems to alt-pop bangers, Voyeur offers a raw look into Alessi’s inner world — as she puts it, “the unfiltered version of events that you tell your closest friends.” Standouts include fan-favorite “Same Mouth,” the devastating “Stella,” and today’s new single “Dumb Girl,” a tender yet off-kilter reflection on unrequited love paired with a stripped-down visual.

Fresh off a breakout Glastonbury performance and a support slot for Dua Lipa’s Radical Optimism tour, Alessi is also set to join Tate McRae’s Miss Possessive North American tour this fall. Her meteoric rise has already earned her praise from Billboard, BBC, and DIY, with NME calling her “pop’s most brutally honest newcomer.” With production from the likes of Sam De Jong, John Hill, and Sammy Witte, Voyeur cements her place as a leading voice in the new wave of confessional pop.

Alessi’s trajectory shows no signs of slowing: she’s just wrapped two sold-out UK/EU headline tours, graced the covers of NME and Dork, and announced more dates across Europe and North America. From writing poems at 13 to headlining global stages, Alessi Rose’s latest project is both a milestone and a mission statement — vulnerable, vibrant, and unapologetically her.
