Kate Bollinger "Who Am I But Someone"

Bedroom-Folk hero Kate Bollinger announced the arrival of her debut LP Look at it in the Light earlier this month. It will be available April 22nd via Ghostly International. In anticipation, she also shared a pair of singles; "Yards / Garden" and "Who Am I But Someone" are both optimistic hints at the forthcoming project.

"Who Am I But Someone" is an intimate portrait of fear of change ("Who am I but the one / To start out and finish in the place I came from?"), delivered through lively yet minimal, stripped down instrumentation. The track sees Bollinger demonstrating a sonic prowess slightly more cadaverous than her mainstream counterpart Faye Webster (with whom Bollinger recently finished touring) coupled with an air of refreshingly eccentric individuality.

Fans of Weyes Blood, Loving, and Tennis will feel right at home with this release. Listen to "Who Am I But Someone" below and find @KeetieBee on Instagram.
